Expected Outcomes Enhanced policy engagement between civil society and three tiers of Government of Nepal (GoN) for strengthened conducive policy environment for CSOs and civic actors. Strengthened strategic development of civil society umbrellas and strategic partnerships with other stakeholders for enabling environment for civic actors.
