Taking the lead in mobilizing civil society for COP31, NFN President Arjun Bhattarai formally handed over Nepal’s Civil Society Position Paper on COP31 to Dr. Maheshwar Dhakal, Senior Joint Secretary and Chief of the Climate Change Management Division, Ministry of Forests and Environment, Government of Nepal. The position paper presents 25 key demands and recommendations for advancing climate justice.
