Invitation to Human Rights Rally

You are cordially invited to participate in the Human Rights Rally which is going to be organized on December 10, 2009 (25 Mangsir, 2066) on the occasion of World Human Rights Day 2009. Honourable Kedar Nath Upadhyay, Chairperson of National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), has accepted our request to be the Chief Guest of the programme. We would like to request you to kindly be present in the programme.

 The rally will start at 7:30 in the morning from the premises of Nepal Academy Hall. It will go through Ghantaghar, Exhibition Road and Putalisadak and finally assemble again in the Academy Hall.
