Mid-western Regional Resource Centre is located at Belaspur, Nepalgunj. It has a library with a collection of a good number of books. It is furnished to deliver news, information and data on various fields.

The resource centre caters with other various facilities. Documents can be translated from Nepali to English or English to Nepali. The centre also facilitates proposal writing, report writing, and writing books.

It is well-equipped to provide residential training centre facility. The training hall can accommodate 40 persons. The bedrooms have 19 beds in all. Likewise, the canteen provides good food.

The training hall has some modern equipment to facilitate and make more effective the trainings that run at the centre. Moreover, other communication and secretarial services include telephone, fax, photocopy, book binding, computer, scanning, email, internet, etc.
