Located at Sugammarg, Biratnagar, Eastern Regional Resource Centre has managed a good library with a collection of books, reports, references and legal documents in different disciplines. Its collection of research papers, NGO publications, profiles and networks, newspapers and magazines provides ample study materials in different fields. Rooms have been maintained for research and learning activities.

 Information, data and profiles of the NGOs working in the districts of Eastern Development Region are available in the centre. It has two training halls with the capacity of 90 and 30 persons respectively. They are equipped with audio/video players, television, digital cameras, OHP etc. The residential training centre can provide rooms to stay for 25 persons. Likewise, secretarial and communication services available here include telephone, fax, printing, etc.

 Moreover, the centre facilitates and manages the trainings that run at the resource centre. Besides, it organizes trainings on capacity building.
