Located at Devipath, Hetauda, Central Regional Resource Centre has managed a good library with a collection of books, reports, references, legal documents, and publications by National Planning Commission and Department of Statistics. Its collection of research papers, NGO publications and profiles, newspapers and magazines provides ample study materials in different fields.

Information, data and profiles of the NGOs working in the districts of Central Region and the details of the resource persons are available in the centre. 

Its training hall which is equipped with audio/video players, television, digital cameras, OHP etc. can accommodate 30 to 40 persons. The residential training centre contains 40 beds in all. Likewise, secretarial services available here include telephone, fax, book binding, computer, scanning, email, internet, etc.

 Moreover, the centre facilitates and manages the trainings that run at the resource centre. And translations can be made from Nepali to English or English to Nepali.
